4. Orders and Pricing

Quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Prices may vary based on quantity, materials, and specifications.
4.2 Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
We have no fixed MOQ for standard products. MOQ requirements depend on the specific product type, customization level, and material. Please contact us for product-specific MOQ details.
4.3 Payment Terms
Payment is structured as 50% advance at order confirmation, with the remaining 50% due on delivery. Credit terms may be offered to select clients based on order history and relationship.
4.4 Taxes and Duties
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. GST will be charged as per current regulations.
5. Custom Orders and Artwork
For custom packaging orders:
- You warrant that any artwork, logos, or designs provided do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights
- Digital proof approval is required before production begins
- We include up to 3 revision rounds in the quoted price; additional revisions may be charged separately
- Production will commence only after written approval of proofs
- Changes after proof approval may incur additional charges
- We retain the right to refuse orders containing offensive or illegal content
5.1 Samples
Product samples are provided free of charge to help you evaluate quality and specifications before placing bulk orders.
5.2 Design Services
Custom design services are available and charged separately from product costs. Please inquire for design service pricing.
6. Delivery and Shipping
6.1 Delivery Timelines
- Standard products: 4-5 days after payment confirmation
- Custom orders: 7-8 days after artwork approval
- Rush orders: 2-3 days (subject to 12% surcharge)
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of order confirmation and payment clearance (or artwork approval for custom orders). Rush order availability depends on current production capacity.
6.2 Risk and Title
Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery. Title remains with us until full payment is received.
6.3 Force Majeure and Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to material shortages, equipment failure, supply chain disruptions, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will communicate revised timelines promptly and work to minimize impact on your order.
7. Order Modifications and Quality Assurance
Custom Orders: Once production has begun, specifications cannot be modified and orders cannot be cancelled except by mutual written agreement. Manufacturing defects will be addressed through rework or replacement at our discretion.
Quality Claims: Any quality concerns must be reported in writing within 5 business days of delivery, supported by photographic evidence and batch numbers. We reserve the right to inspect goods before approving any claim.
Shortages or Errors: Discrepancies in quantity or specification must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported within 48 hours.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of our products or services shall be limited to the purchase price of the specific products giving rise to the liability.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
